The CLF website is currently under review and is being updated, if you are having any difficulties finding specific items, please let us know.
The Continuous Learning Framework (CLF) sets out what people working in social services need to be able to do their jobs well now and in the future and what their employer needs to do to support them.
The quality of social services that people receive depends to a large extent on how good the people delivering them are at their job. The CLF recognises this. Its main aim is to improve outcomes for people using social services by supporting the workforce delivering them to be the best they can be.
You can view and download a presentation which will give you an overview and introduction to the Continuous Learning Framework.
