The SSSC is committed to evaluating the impact of the CLF on the practice and development of social service workers and their employers and on the quality of service received and the outcomes for people who use services and their carers.  The SSSC has commissioned PERform Consulting and Development to evaluate the impact of the CLF by undertaking qualitative case study research with eight social services employers who are using the CLF over the period April 2010 to March 2012.   Two of the case studies will focus on employers using the CLF to support the development of leadership capacity in their organisation.   The case study methodology will involve people who use services and their carers.   The case study participants are currently being identified and we will provide regular updates on the progress of the case study research on this page of the website.
