Sections 31 and 32 of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 impose new duties on the Scottish Government and listed public bodies such as the SSSC to publish information on expenditure and certain other matters as soon as is reasonably practicable after the end of each financial year.

The following table shows remuneration and travel expenses incurred by CEO and each member of the Council between 1 April 2010 and 31 March 2011.

The Conduct Rules set down how we will investigate and hold hearings about allegations of misconduct against registrants. The 2012 Conduct Rules revoke the 2011 Rules, and will apply to any new conduct case which is referred or transferred to a Sub-committee hearing on or after 27 March 2012.
